DALIAN, April 19 (Xinhua) -- Nocturnal activity dynamics and habitat conditions of the spotted seals have been successfully monitored via infrared drones at Liaodong Bay in northeast China's Liaoning Province, providing valuable data for scientific research.

Staff members from Dalian Spotted Seal National Nature Management Bureau have deployed infrared drones to conduct all-round and continuous monitoring of the spotted seals this year.
