The Spring Festival shopping market opened its doors at the potato trading center in Anding District of Dingxi City on Monday and will run until Chinese Lunar New Year's Eve.
The marketplace drew tens of thousands of visitors on the opening day, with agricultural specialties, local delicacies, children's entertainment, Qinqiang opera performances, and intangible cultural heritage experiences. There were also hundreds of social media influencers broadcasting the bustling market via live-streaming, and collaborating with on-site vendors to promote local high-quality agricultural products, in an effort to activate holiday consumption potential.
