HANGZHOU, Dec. 30 (Xinhua) -- Skiing and a variety of other winter sports have become popular seasonal pastimes for a growing number of people in east China's Zhejiang Province. The province boasts a good number of indoor or outdoor ice-and-snow-themed resorts, providing ample choices for enthusiasts.
According to a white paper on ski industry, the 2024-2025 winter sports season saw a national participation of 26.05 million skiers. Zhejiang ranked sixth nationwide with 1.29 million participants, leading all southern Chinese provinces in skier numbers.
