YINCHUAN, Nov. 22 (Xinhua) -- As the nighttime temperature continuously drops in Yinchuan of northwest China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, ski resorts in the city are busy shaping snow trails, debugging equipment, and making artificial snow, in preparation for the upcoming season of ice and snow tourism.

Yinchuan will launch a number of ice and snow-themed activities this year, aiming to fully activate the wintertime cultural and tourism consumption.
