Bridge rotation in SE China's Fujian

QUANZHOU, Sept. 25 (Xinhua) -- Two 168-meter-long and 19,000-tonne girders of a grand bridge of the Fuzhou-Xiamen railway have been successfully rotated to their targeted positions.

The railway, linking Fujian's capital of Fuzhou and city of Xiamen, has a designed speed of 350 km/h and is expected to be put into operation in 2022.
